We build the range department by department, not line by line. In shisha we start from the turned stem and the glass base, then complete what they actually need: the clay head, the foil, the charcoal, the tongs and the burner — so anyone who buys a shisha finds everything for it in one place.

In cigar the measure is different: the blade, the pivot and the seal. A cutter is judged by whether it cuts straight in one motion, a humidor by its lining and the tightness of its closure, a lighter by whether its flame holds steady. Pipes and medwakh are judged by the wood itself: aged briar root, and a piece carved from a single block.

The rolling and papers department is built on the small details that decide the outcome: whether the gum line runs straight, whether the filter holds one diameter, whether the machine's belt keeps its tension. Lighters we choose on a single criterion — that they can be refilled and serviced, because a piece that gets repaired beats a piece that gets replaced.

What we do not do is worth stating too: we do not list counterfeit alternatives, we do not stock a line whose origin we cannot trace, and we do not change a published specification after the fact.
