Terms of use & privacy policy

“The store” means the CHEE SHOP online store and all of its pages and services. “The user” means any person who accesses the site or uses any of its services. “The order” means any purchase executed through the store. “The content” means any text, image, design or mark displayed on the site.

The user must have completed eighteen years of age and must hold full legal capacity to contract.

By accessing the site the user affirms that both conditions are met, and bears sole responsibility for any declaration contrary to fact.

The store undertakes to present products with correct specifications and final prices inclusive of tax.

The store undertakes to prepare confirmed orders within the published business days and hand them to the carrier.

The store undertakes to respond to user enquiries through the published contact channels.

Use of the site for any purpose contrary to the laws in force in the State of Palestine is prohibited.

Attempting unauthorised access to the site's systems or to its users' data, or using automated tools to harvest content, is prohibited.

Providing incorrect data at registration or when placing orders is prohibited.

The user is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential, and all activity conducted through their account is deemed to originate from them.

The store may suspend any account shown to have been used in breach of this document.

Messages sent to the mobile number or email address registered on the account are deemed official communications and produce their effects.

The user must update their details as soon as they change; non-receipt arising from outdated details may not be raised against the store.

The store may amend prices, specifications or the articles of this document at any time; an amendment takes effect from the date it is published.

An amendment does not affect orders confirmed before its effective date.

The payment methods published on the checkout page are accepted, and payments are processed through authorised service providers.

The store does not retain bank card details, and those details do not pass through its servers.

An order is deemed confirmed once payment completes, or once cash on delivery is confirmed.

All elements of the site — text, images, designs and logos — are owned by the store or licensed to it.

Manufacturers' trademarks are displayed solely to identify the products offered, and remain the property of their owners.

Copying or republishing any element of the site without prior written permission is prohibited.

Personal data is collected only to the extent needed to fulfil an order and communicate about it: name, mobile number, email address and shipping address.

Data is not sold and is not shared with any third party except with the carrier, to the extent needed to deliver the shipment, or in response to a formal request from a competent authority.

Data is held under appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, and the user may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data through the published contact channels.

The store's liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute.

The store bears no liability for indirect damages, or for damages arising from misuse of a product or from storage contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

The store bears no liability for temporary interruption of service for technical reasons or for reasons outside its control.

The store may restrict or suspend the access of any user who breaches the articles of this document, without prejudice to its right to claim compensation.

This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Palestine, and the Palestinian judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

The Arabic text of this document is the authoritative text; any translation into another language is provided for guidance only.

If any article of this document is held invalid, that does not affect the validity of the remaining articles.

The store's failure to exercise any right conferred on it does not constitute a waiver of that right.

This document represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understanding on its subject matter.
