Shipping & handling

Delivery takes between two and seven business days from the date the shipment is handed to the carrier. The window varies by city and its distance from the distribution centres.

Delays caused by the carrier, or by circumstances outside the shop's control, do not fall within the shop's responsibility and are followed up with the carrier directly using the tracking number.

Shipments refused or undeliverable for reasons attributable to the customer are billed to the customer for the cost of return.

If an item arrives that differs from what the order states, the shop bears the full cost, provided we are notified within three days of receipt.

Entering incorrect recipient details transfers responsibility for the shipment to the customer.

We reach every part of Palestine, including towns where door-to-door service is unavailable — those are delivered through the nearest collection point.

The shipping cost is added to the order total at checkout, based on the carrier selected.

Delivery takes place within the carriers' official working hours.

Business days run Saturday to Thursday. Orders received after the end of a business day are prepared on the following business day.

Order status updates around 24 hours after handoff to the carrier — the time needed for the shipment to register in the tracking system.
